I'm a junior in college going to school in Salem, Oregon right now.
from the seattle area..
still have no idea where i'll end up/what i want to do with my life after graduation.
something interesting: my parents sell vitamins so i've been taking those since i was about 6.. and am kind of a vitamin health/freak...
yet, i'm still trying to lose these last 5 lbs of fat.
this is my diet/weight loss journal. i track my food and exercise here.
i have a mild case of bulimia/binge eating disorder.. i'm slightly overweight and i will over exericse/eat really healthy in order to make up for a binge. (i've never purged in my life)
it's a horrible cycle that i've been dealing with for 3 years now.
if you suffer from the same thing please add me. i am always looking for someone for emotional support and motivation.
goals I'm working on right now:
only eat when hungry. stop when i'm full.
eating healthy, fresh foods. eat protein with at every meal.
train with weights.
get some form of exercise every day
drinking plenty of water. at least 60 oz daily. pee often
stop eating after 7pm
flossing.
get at least 8 hours of sleep
